TUATUA and Labasa Highway teams proved a force to be reckoned with at last Saturday's round robin Volleyball Tournament.
Tuts 2 beat their counterparts Tuts 1 with a 2-1 set to establish their victory at the tournament.
Both Tuatua teams were in sterling form winning their semi-final matches against the Highway 1 and Highway 2 teams, hammering them both to win with 2 straight sets for both matches.
Vice treasurer of Macuata Volleyball Association Malakai Alofi said support from teams and players so far had been overwhelming.
"We continue to invite teams in the Macuata Province to come and join the weekly competitions which will be held at the Labasa courthouse grounds," said Alofi.
Association president Filimaina Baba previously said the talent for the sport was present in Macuata but that they needed to be tapped and exposed.
