Fast bowler James Pattinson believes Cricket Australia has the best interests of its young quicks at heart and says he is prepared to be rotated for Test matches until his body matures.
His comments follow the news from CA that its sports science data indicated Pattinson would break down during last summer's Sydney Test but decided to take the risk.
He was to be rested for the next Test anyway but ended up missing two months with a foot injury.
CA has indicated it will rotate Australia's exciting young fast bowlers, including Pat Cummins and Mitch Starc, until they reached the magic age of 25.
