THE Fiji Chefs Association will launch its annual Mofaat Fiji Chefs Salon Culinaire in Nadi this weekend.
According to organisers, the Moffat Fiji Chefs Salon Culinaire 2012 will be held between November 8 and 10 at the Fiji National University's Nadi campus.
The annual event allows chefs from a range of establishments across Fiji to come together in one place to learn, challenge and inspire one another to exercise their creativity and benchmark their skills, to drive their passion and professionalism for the betterment of their culinary career and tourism experiences as a whole.
