VILLAGERS and schoolchildren of Daku in Tailevu had a reason to celebrate last Friday. A family-owned company came to their rescue in the provision of life jackets for their 30 plus children who travel to and from school by boat. Rosy Hearts gave 40 life jackets that will be kept by the school for use by those students that travel from Kalili and Anitioki. Guests were treated to the traditional drink, yaqona, and a feast of seafood prepared by the women of Daku.
