FOUR men appeared before the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday charged with one count of aggravated robbery.
The men — Kunal Prasad, Rajeshwar Dutt, Mike Mateyawa and Isoa Kubunalagi — appeared before Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili.
Mr Ratuvili refused to grant them bail.
Instead, he ordered that the five remain in police custody while police carried out further investigations.
The case has also been transferred to the High Court in Suva and will be heard on October 5.
