TWO men were produced in the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday for harbouring the group of prison inmates who escaped from the Naboro medium facility last Monday.
The two — Ifereimi Sauqesa and Isoa Kubunalagi — appeared before Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili charged with one count of harbouring an escapee.
Mr Kubunalagi is also charged with one count of aggravated robbery.
Mr Ratuvili refused to grant them bail and ordered them to remain in police custody while officers carried out their investigations.
He also transferred the matter to the High Court.
The case will be called on October 5.
