AT least 60 companies have been licensed to use the Made in Fiji label.
Trade permanent secretary Shaheen Ali said companies had started using the label. While the ministry is continuing its promotion, Mr Ali said work was also ongoing with companies who had been licensed on keeping the standards and quality of their products.
"So, when people see the Fijian Made logo, they associate that with the highest quality and their price effectiveness," Mr Ali said.
"At the moment, it is just a domestic campaign. We want to take it a step further and encourage our overseas markets to buy as well.
"I think this campaign will in future assist the country in terms of building up its balance of payments. It will be a national and international marketing strategy and we are grateful for the government for giving the resources since the launch of the brand.
"And we are at the moment coming up with a three-year plan that will look at the sustainability of the campaign."
Mr Ali said they were also looking into the small and micro enterprises as well as the handicraft industry for the use of logo.
"It's a cross section of companies we are wanting to help," he added.
