IT WAS an ideal day at the park for families enjoying the beautiful sunny day.
While some rushed in to enjoy the sea breeze at Suva Point and along the seawall at Muanikau and Nasese, others opted to check out the best of deals available at the RoC market in downtown Suva that is held once every month.
The sunny weather also brought smiles to jolly vendors as they served their customers joyfully.
Some families took time out to enjoy their lunch at Sukuna Park.
Maria and Elia Vakatawa of Nakasi brought their six children to the park to enjoy the day.
Mr Vakatawa said he did not hesitate to bring his family down because of the beautiful weather.
