NADROGA'S boy wonder Archie Watkins will miss this afternoon's National Football League tie with relegation-threatened Navua.
"We will be without five of our regulars," Nadroga president Dr Dhirend Lal said last night.
Watkins, who can play equally well in defence, midfield or upfront is suspended with two yellow cards together with left back Wallace Bali.
Defender Vineet Singh and central midfielder Maan Singh are resort employees who will be tied up at work while striker Elvis Kumar is injured.
"We will be giving youth players a chance," Lal said. "We have some players coming through the grades, especially those that represented Cuvu College in the recent secondary schools final."
Navua is staring in the face of the promotion/relegation series. With only 10 points, the side is second last on the points table. A better goal difference separates them from Savusavu.
The Reds need to win at Lawaqa Park today and may also need to beat Tavua (11 points) in their last game depending on the result of the Ba-Tavua game next week.
