NARHARI Electrical Company Limited's commitment to providing unsurpassed customer service resulted in the opening of its first store in Nadi on September 6.

The reliability of its electrical products and exemplary customer service has seen the company grow in leaps and bounds since it was first established in 1955 in Suva with the collaboration of two of the country's biggest entrepreneurs Harikisun Brothers Ltd and Narseys Ltd.

Narhari Electrical Nadi manager Vijendra Goundar said the company was well established in the Capital City and the decision to open an outlet in the country's tourism centre was driven by customer demand.

"We had dealers selling our products Panasonic, Husky and Modyl in the west but they could not offer the full range and because of customer demand we decided to open this store. Customers can come and browse in comfort and choose from a wide range of electrical appliances that cater for all budgets," he said.

Panasonic is world renowned as the producer of very high quality Japanese electrical appliances and products and Narhari Electrical has been the sole agent for Panasonic over the past 57 years.

Husky is the market leader in commercial coolers, chillers and display freezers and Narhari Electrical has been the sole agent for these reliable and high quality commercial products for many years.

Modyl's high quality affordable electrical appliances for the budget conscious customer is also another product handled exclusively in Fiji by Narhari Electrical.

Chetan Kumar from Narhari Electrical's head office said for the first time customers in the Western Division would have access to the full range of quality Panasonic products, commercial customers would have access to robust Husky coolers, fridges and freezers and those looking for affordable quality would find all their home electrical needs with the range of Modyl products on offer.

"Panasonic is a trusted brand that has proven itself through various products that have been sold for over half a century in Fiji and around the world," he said.

Apart from giving customers a better and more varied choice of quality products, the opening of Narhari Electrical in Nadi also means that people living in the Western Division will now be able to access the company's renowned after sale services closer to home.

"Our after sale service is second to none and we are proud to offer this to our customers in the west," Mr Goundar said.
