WINNING the promotion relegation match will be much sweeter than being tagged as B Division champions, the Namosi rugby camp revealed yesterday.
Namosi clinched the B Division title last month and tomorrow it will attempt to gain promotion to the major division.
Namosi plays Rewa at 3pm at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.
Team coach Timoci Wainiqolo said they wanted to play in the major division next season.
"This is our final game for the season so we will make sure that we will not return empty handed against Rewa. We have prepared well for this match and we are not going to take this opportunity for granted but make the most of it," he said.
The Wardens coach has named a deadly combination of Levani Botia and Setefano Cakau in the centre midfield combination.
Cakau's experience and Botia's physicality will be exciting to watch.
"This is a strong combination from Levani and Sete. They are experienced players so we are going there giving everything we got in the tank. We want to come back achieving our mission of playing in the major division next year," Wainiqolo said.
