THE date for the final of the ATMS-sponsored Nadi Football Association local league super premier division is yet to be finalised. A new winner will be crowned in the competition after defending champion Gandhi failed to qualify for the semi-finals last month. In the semi-final AFL DCA Sports beat Blues Sports 1-0 while Malolo Transmitter downed Bulaccino United FC 3-0 in the other fixture. AFL DCA Sports and Malolo Transmitter will fly Nadi's flag during the National Club Championships in November.

FOUR R Electrical Ba and General Machinary Ba will represent Ba Football Association in the National Club Championship. Four R Electrical Ba was unbeaten in nine games. The side included district reps Malakai Tiwa, Kiniviliame Naika and Ratu Jone Gasaubalavu. General Machinery Ba which included Malakai Kainihewe, Josefata Neibuli and Mavileko Nakama finished second in the competition with eight wins and a loss.

THE Suva Football Association will decide later today on whether they would continue with the local league competition this weekend or not. The Suva soccer team will play Ba in the decider of the Fiji FA National Football League on Sunday at Govind Park which could hinder the continuation of the competition. Association president Mahen Prasad said they were yet to decide on the local league. Police is the defending champion in the league.
