THE police are appealing to the public for any information that will help them identify a body found in front of the Nadi Hospital last month.
In a statement released by police, the force says the body believed to have been that of a man aged between 60 and 70 years old, was found on August 20. The man had been wearing a black bula shirt, grey trousers and was barefoot.
Police say a packet of tablets was found in the man's pockets with the name Vijay Pratap inscribed on it.
The body, police say, is being kept at the Nadi Hospital mortuary.
