ASSEMBLIES of God High School under-18 technical adviser Eroni Vereivalu has been shouldered the task to coach the Fiji U18 team which will play the Australian Schoolboys next week.
Vereivalu, a former Naitasiri and Fiji U20 coach, guided AOGHS to create history by reaching the Deans Trophy semi-finals for the first time this year.

Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Union president Paula Motu said the coaches were the best selected from a number applicants who had applied for the positions.
“It was decided by a panel, the executives and officials from the FRU were present to select the coaches and we are happy with the selection,” Motu said.
“Vereivalu has a lot of experience and so we are hoping for the best against the Australian Schoolboys.”.
The first game will be played on September 22 while the second game is scheduled for September 26. Both matches will be held at Churchill Park.
Motu said eastern and southern zone players would travel down to the west on Sunday and Monday and attend classes at Ratu Navula College and another school in Lautoka which is yet to be confirmed.
Fiji Rugby Union coaching director Frank Boivert was also offering tips to the team during its training camp last month. The Australian team arrives next Tuesday.
