RAKIRAKI right link Thomas Vuto scored in injury time against Tailevu Naitasiri yesterday to force a third match decider in the Fiji Sun/GP Batteries Viti Levu premier division playoff.
Rakiraki beat T/Naitasiri 1-0 at the Ra Sports Complex to tie the series.
In the first match, T/Naitasiri had beaten Rakiraki 2-1.
Yesterday's result meant that both teams were tied on points and also on goal difference.
Rakiraki Football Association secretary Shaneel Chandra Gounder said they missed many chances.
He said T/Naitasiri had fielded a strong line up with the likes of Jonas Naceva, Jale Vota and Josaia Ratu.
"We made a lot of improvement from the first match," Gounder said.
"The boys kept on applying the pressure and were rewarded at the end. We will now focus on the third match which will certainly be a do-or-die affair for both teams."
The third match will be played at a neutral venue this weekend.
