"The Fiji U19 men's team have joined our competition in preparation for the Oceania tournament in November. It is our hope that their participation in our competition will not only help them in their preparation but also strengthen the level of competition and lift the standard of play in our league," Whippy said.

Barbarians had a convincing 45-31 victory over Idaman last night while the Saints included Marques Whippy in their team which ran riot over the national U19 side. Marques is in the country, taking a break from professional basketball.
