A MAN facing rape related charges filed his bail application in court.
He appeared before High Court judge Justice Salesi Temo in Suva yesterday.
The accused told the court that he applied for Legal Aid assistance and provided the acknowledgement slip.
Justice Temo gave the State four weeks to come up with the information and disclosures.
He also told the accused that a copy of the bail application would be given to prosecution to allow them to respond.
Justice Temo adjourned the matter to October 5 for the bail hearing.
