COST savings, greener practices and improved service standards have been recorded right across the Tanoa Hotel Group.
This was revealed by the group's training and development manager Alamgeer Shah at the Tanoa Innovators Conference which was held in Lautoka on Thursday.
Mr Shah said the company's investment into innovative training programs for its staff had begun paying dividends immediately after implementation years ago.
"We have seen a huge improvement in staff attitudes to work, service levels have risen significantly and we have also managed to streamline operations and reduce unnecessary costs without compromising on service delivery," he said.
