REIGNING Miss Teen Australia and Miss World Supermodel in the Under 20 category, Michaela Swamy, will be one of the chief guests at this evening's Miss India Fiji pageant at Tappoo City.
Ms Swamy, 17, whose father is from Sigatoka, arrived in the country yesterday excited at the prospect of sharing her experience with the 10 finalists of the Miss India Fiji pageant.
"I am so passionate about this beautiful country, its culture and its magnificent people," she said.
"Fiji has a very special place in my heart."
She is also expected to do a photo shoot with Tappoo as the brand ambassador for the retail shop.
Ms Swamy will feature in this year's World Supermodel International Final at the Pearl South Pacific Resort from November 18-25 with 24 international models from around the world.
"I am so happy to be promoting the beautiful islands of Fiji back in Australia," she said.
