THE 32-year-old Nadi woman accused of causing the death of two government officials last month has entered a not guilty plea while appearing at the Sigatoka Magistrates Court on Monday.
Vijenta Banda pleaded not guilty to two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death and one count of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
Ms Banda who had initially pleaded guilty to the charges had withdrawn her plea last month.
She was served with the first set of disclosures during her court appearance on Monday.
