CHALLENGES faced by businesses like volatile economic conditions, rapidly evolving business and technology will be among issues highlighted when the Tanoa Group of Hotels holds its annual Innovators Convention on Thursday.
The convention, which is being held for the third consecutive year, has been dubbed one of the biggest productivity programs in Fiji by any hotel chain, according to Reddy Group managing director Rohit Reddy.
He believes innovation and creating a culture of innovativeness could provide solutions to meeting issues in any industry.
Labour and Industrial Relations Minister Jone Usamate is scheduled to deliver his views on "Leadership Best Practices in Team Excellence" at the event.
The Tanoa Innovators Convention will be held at the Tanoa Waterfront Hotel in Lautoka.
