LOCAL food manufacturers FMF Foods Limited has secured the naming rights to the National Gymnasium in Suva.
The National Gymnasium was built in 1979 for the South Pacific Games and with a capacity for 1,600 spectators, it will now be known as the FMF Gymnasium after FMF Foods Limited signed a five-year deal with the Fiji Sports Council.
Fiji Sports Council chief executive officer Litiana Loabuka said they were happy to have secured the deal with FMF.
"The Fiji Sports Council is proud to be associated with yet another champion company like FMF," Loabuka said.
"By sponsoring the National Gymnasium, FMF is contributing significantly towards the betterment of sports and sporting facilities in the country".
