REPAIR works on storm damaged roads will be attended to, as assured by Fiji Roads Authority board executive chairman Lieutenant Colonel Pio Tikoduadua.
His comment follows queries from a few villagers over portions of damaged roads in Cakaudrove left unattended since the flood and heavy rain experienced early this year.
"We are working on damaged areas of roads caused by flood early this year and we will complete it as our workers attend to these affected areas.
"I understand the workers are attending to these affected portions of road by moving from one area to another. But most of these damaged roads have been fixed," Lt. Col Tikoduadua said.
He added that roads in the western division had been repaired as well.
Villagers in the districts of Tunuloa and Cakaudrove had raised their concerns over the damaged roads in their areas.
