Chief Votu
EXETER Chiefs are still waiting for immigration clearance for the Fijian international winger Watisoni Votu. The 27-year-old sealed the deal earlier this year and is doubtful to be in time for the start of the season. Chiefs head coach Rob Baxter told BBC Votu was expected to join the club by next month. "We're still waiting on various visa situations," he said."It's not that easy to bring people into the country, I think people are aware of that and you have to get a lot of paperwork in place and a lot of things have to be done that don't happen overnight."
London bound
FIJIAN prop Jerry Yanuyanutawa has reportedly signed with the London Irish club for the upcoming season. The 27-year-old from Australian Super Rugby club Brumbies, was spotted by former England prop Trevor Woodman. Yanuyanutawa was playing as a back-row forward at Sydney University when he was spotted by Woodman.
