TIMI Rokotuitoga was all smiles after receiving his cheque for scratching it lucky in the Pacific Instant Lottery.
Mr Rokotuitoga, 20, a second-year student at the Fiji National University, said he was amazed when he saw three $30,000 squares on his scratch ticket.
In a statement from Fiji Tattslotto, Mr Rokotuitoga said he would assist his family, who rent, use some money on his university fees and buy a block of land to build a small house for his family.
