AMY Winehouse's ex-husband is fighting for his life following an alcohol and drugs binge.

Blake Fielder-Civil, 30, was reportedly found choking in bed after a drinking session, and rushed to hospital in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

He is currently on a life-support machine after suffering multi-organ failure.

Sarah Aspin, 34, mother of Fielder-Civil's 15-month-old son Jack, said she is having to prepare herself 'that he may never wake up'.

She told The Sun: 'The doctors say they don't know the prognosis. They said they put him in a coma to help him and due to infection.'

Miss Aspin said they the couple discussed getting married just last week - but he later staggered home after a drinking session with a friend. She called paramedics, who said Fielder-Civil had swallowed his tongue, choked on his vomit and his left lung was not working.

She recently dropped 50lbs after an ongoing battle with her weight since her rise to fame on American Idol in 2007.

And Jordan Sparks has admitted that the process isn't easy.

In an interview with Rebdbook magazine, in which the 22-year-old also sparkles on the front cover of the September issue in a peach sequined skirt paired with a cream top, says there is no magic way to losing the pounds.

'My whole journey has been about self-acceptance,' she says. 'There's no quick or magical way to lose weight. You just have to do it the natural way- diet and exercise and stick to it- and be able to do it at your own pace. Everyone has their own thing.'

Paris Jackson wants to get a tattoo in honour of her late father Michael Jackson.

The 14-year-old aspiring actress - the only daughter of the Thriller singer - is contemplating having the Roman numerals of Michael's August 29, 1958 birthday permanently etched onto her back so her dad will always be with her.

She tweeted: 'i kinda want to get August XXIX tatted on my back. (sic)' .

However, many of Paris' followers tweeetd her back, saying she was too young to get body art, to which she responded: 'lol y'all are trippin trying to tell me not to get the tat, when u guys don't even know what it means ... it's my dads bday get over it lmao. (sic)'

He pushed his music to one side in order to focus on an acting career.

But now Justin Timberlake is getting back behind the microphone once more and is working on a new album.

The singer-turned-actor has been working with producers Timbaland and Jim Beanz on a set of 'crazy' tracks for his third solo album.

Jim told website Digital Spy: 'When I get back to the States I'm going to be helping out on Shock Value 3 with Timbaland and the Justin Timberlake project. The record will be Justin's first since 2006's FutureSex/LoveSounds, which yielded hits including SexyBack and What Goes Around... Comes Around. Jim said Justin is not trying to top his previous work, but rather compete with today's pop music.
