CHARLOTTE Steel has been appointed the reservations manager of InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa.
Ms Steel has over 22 years experience in the tourism industry.
"We are very excited to have a professional of Charlotte's caliber joining our team. She brings a wealth of experience and will be integral in ensuring our reservations team continues to deliver the famous InterContinental experience to our guests", resort general manager Scott Williams said.
"A reservations agent needs not only to be knowledgeable about the product but be able to communicate the experience it offers emotively", Ms Steele said.

Ms Steele is known for her genuinely warm Fijian hospitality and values her role as a mentor to Fiji's up and coming tourism industry next generation of professionals.
