BANK of South Pacific is one of the lending institutions participating in Housing Authority's open site exhibition at the new Tacirua East Stage 2 Subdivision.

"We are pleased to provide our highly-trained personal banking officers who will provide free on site financial advice, irrespective of which bank customers may already belong to," said BSP head of marketing Nirdesh Singh.

"BSP realises that strategic partnerships such as these are necessary to facilitate national growth by improving the lives of all Fijians, including the marginalised."

BSP launched its Easy Home Loan package this year at a competitive rate of 5.25 per cent. Mr Singh said the product was the manifestation of BSP's commitment to assist those looking to construct or buy a new home.

Mr Singh has urged customers to take time to consult a BSP personal banking officer before making the final decision to take up a home loan.

"While BSP endeavours to deliver competitive rates, the actual journey towards settling a home loan is one that is demanding and sometimes a real test of the soul," said Mr Singh.

The open site exhibition ends at 5pm today.
