HOUSING Authority is providing an opportunity for members of the public to view its latest development - 81 high-end residential lots at Tacirua East Stage 2 in the next two days.
The open site starts today and ends tomorrow and is aimed at providing those interested an opportunity to inspect the completed Phase 1B, a statement said.
The sizes of the lots range from 600 to 1500 square metres.
The open site, which is accessible through Dokaisuva Road off Khalsa Road will begin at 1pm and conclude at 6pm today and between 10am to 2pm tomorrow.
"As part of the open site, the commercial banks will be available to discuss financing options with potential lot owners considering that these lots are all high end residential areas.
"HA is also hopeful that architects will also be there to provide advice on building options," Housing Authority spokesperson Dwain Qalovaki said.
All 81 high-end residential lots will be sold through the expression of interest tender application process, which closes next Wednesday at 4pm.
Interested applicants will also need to pay a refundable tender deposit of $500.
"Interested lot owners will be given a guided tour of the different high end lots that are available for sale via the Expression of Interest tender and will be provided with as information on how to make a bid on these lots," Mr Qalovaki said.
The 81 high-end residential lots that are on sale enjoy panoramic ocean views and are located on a secluded section of the Tacirua East Stage 2 subdivision, which is Housing Authority's first mixed development project.
The project aims to develop 1121 residential lots.
