LAUTOKA transport company Kadar Buksh Limited have wrapped up four of their buses and prepared them for a trip of a different kind.

The four people movers are bound for Honiara in the Solomon Islands where they will be used to transport participants and people from 25 island countries at the 11th Pacific Arts Festival.

“They found out about us through our website. Once we agreed on the terms, we began preparations for the departure of our buses which left yesterday and will return on August 17. One of the reasons they were looking for buses is because the maximum that their buses can carry is 15 passengers,” the company said.

KBL chief executive officer Tasbiq Shah is accompanying the buses to the arts festival along with four drivers, one foreman and a mechanic.
