THE Fiji Institute of Accountants conference drew some of the top financial heads in the country including Ministry of Finance permanent secretary Filimoni Waqabaca and Ministry of Tourism permanent secretary Elizabeth Powell.
The delegates gathered at the Sheraton Fiji Resort for a two-day conference and a gala dinner in the evening.
