A POLICE sergeant pleaded not guilty to a rape charge before the High Court in Suva.
The alleged offence happened on March 4 this year.
Director of Public Prosecutions lawyer Shivendra Nath told Justice Paul Madigan that the full disclosures were served.
Defence lawyer Aca Rayawa told Justice Madigan they were ready for a hearing date, saying he expected a short hearing.
He said there was no admission in the caution interview and that they would not challenge it.
Mr Rayawa said most of the facts were agreed on and requested that the prosecution prepare the agreed facts.
Justice Madigan adjourned the case to June 25 to fix a trial date in February or March, 2013.
