METUISELA Talebula scored a hat trick and kicked five conversions to guide the Digicel Fiji sevens team to a six-try rout of Zimbabwe in its opening match of the Glasgow Sevens in Scotland last night.

Fiji swiftly disposed the Zimbabweans 40-0 with first half tries to Talebula, Joji Ragamate and Joeli Lutumailagi to lead 21-0 at the break.

Fiji's second half tries went to Waisea Nayacalevu and two to Talebula to seal the fate of the Zimbabweans.
