Home Finance Co. Ltd (HFC) has been operating in Fiji since 1962 and this year marks their 50 years of providing service to the people of Fiji. Our "Super Dream Loan Package" is one of the extraordinary home loan products in the market today for first home owners.

The minimum amount you can borrow is $30,000 to a maximum of $500,000.

The equity is only 10 per cent and the rest is covered through special insurance scheme (Excess Loan Guarantee). Interest rates are 5.50 per cent for first 12 months and thereafter 7.50 per cent variable thereafter with a term of up to 30 years to repay..
