New computers for RKS students

WESTPAC Banking Corporation made learning much easier for students at Ratu Kadavulevu School after a gift of three computers on Tuesday.

The presentation which was an initiative by RKS former students working at Westpac as part of their overall project to assist in the upgrading of the school. Epeli Racule, Navitalai Sovalawa, Lance Whippy and Usaia Ravono made the presentation.

"We thank Westpac for donating these computers to Ratu Kadavulevu School. They will be put to good use by the students," RKS vice principal Sakiusa Ravatu said.

"We are also very happy and grateful that our own ex-students have facilitated this donation for us."

Westpac Banking Corporation gives refurbished computers to schools and non profit organisations as part of their community efforts.
