* has experience and technological expertise in deep sea mining.
* has a multipurpose research vessel Onnuri which has conducted sea floor massive sulphide exploration in Tonga and the Indian Ocean.
* will explore sea floor massive sulphide deposits between 500 metres and 3000 metres in the seabed where they are expected to contain metal ore like gold, silver, cobalt, and zinc among others.
