THE Damodar City Centre has managed to fill 70 per cent of its retail outlet spaces, a feat that proves how much confidence local investors have in the economy.

These were the sentiments of Damodar Brothers chief executive Div Damodar as he sealed the deal with the second tenant at the centre, global coffee franchise Gloria Jean's yesterday.

"We have noticed that there is strong confidence in the local economy. This is evident from how retail and food court spaces are being taken up," said Mr Damodar.
