I'll return for more, says Long

GORGEOUS Nia Long says Fijian children have provided her with an eye-opening experience which cannot be compared to those from any of her other travels to other parts of the world.

The Hollywood celebrity was still giddy from her Sigatoka River Safari trip and had nothing but love and praise for Fijian children.

"I just can't get over this bula thing which comes with people, the children, smiling all the time. We went for the river cruise and I don't think I will get over how people by the river just waved," said the star who is prominently known for her television role as Will Smith's girlfriend on Fresh Prince of Bel Air. "They didn't even know who was passing, didn't even know us and yet we felt so connected. Like we were family,"

She said she was definitely returning for a holiday as her only child, nine-year-old Massai, was having a great time with "genuine" people.

Yesterday the actress and Tyler James Williams, the star of television sitcom Everybody Hates Chris visited the Nadi orphanage Treasure Home. The supervisor said Nia and Tyler showed a lot of interest in the children and asked questions about how they arrived at the safe house.

They took down names and ages of the children with the promise of collecting and shipping "stuff" back for them once they returned to the United States.
