THE star of popular television sitcom Everybody Hates Chris is so overwhelmed by his popularity and the warmth of the people in Fiji that he has already started making plans for a return trip - accompanied by hip-hop superstars Snoop Dog and Jay Z.

Tyler James Williams said while he personally knew Jay Z, the longtime partner of R&B queen Beyonce, he also moved in the same circles and was connected to people who knew Snoop Dog.

"I am already calling my friends and family back home about the experiences I have had. There is no reason why these two won't want to come. I will try my hardest to pull strings. After they hear my stories of our experience here, they will definitely want to come," he said.

All four Hollywood stars including Tatyana Ali, Nia Long and Kimberly Elise - said they would jump at the chance to be tourism ambassadors for the country as they had never met people "so genuine" and "content with the little that they have".

Tatyana, who hosts a weekly radio show in Los Angeles, said she already had an interview relating her experience. Known for her role in the TV series, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, the young actress, who is also a singer, said she would be talking more about Fiji when she returns to the US.

Acclaimed actresses Elise and Long have already started planning a trips with their family. Long, who is also a music video director, is best known for her role as Will Smith's girlfriend on Fresh Prince of Bel Air and in the movie Big Momma's House .

Surprisingly, like Tyler, they all said their favourite food so far was "noodle and eggs" served as lunch at a village during the Sigatoka River Safari tour.

"I loved it, and there was the noodle and spinach. It's very similar to a dish we have back home," said Long who is of Afro-Trinidadian descent.

Tyler said his most memorable moment while visiting our shores was when he got to experience life in a real-life Fijian village. "The food in the village was so amazing, better than hotel food. But I think it's the people that make this country such an amazing place," he said.

The stars are guests at the Fiji Tennis Invitation Classic at Denarau, which is sponsored by Tourism Fiji and Air Pacific.
