WITH daylight saving coming into effect from today, Air Pacific has assured its customers there will be little impact to scheduled services.
The airline has retained its standard departure times from Fiji to ensure connectivity with regional and local flights are not disturbed.
Inbound flights from all major ports including Australia, New Zealand, Los Angeles and Hong Kong will depart exactly one hour earlier, arriving at standard arrival times.
The company has advised customers leaving Fiji over the holiday period to contact the airline or travel agents to ensure plans account for the time change.
Daylight saving started at 2am this morning, which means all clocks were moved forward by one hour to 3am.
