THREE earthquakes were recorded in the Pacific region on Sunday afternoon.
An earthquake measuring 4.5 magnitude occurred within the Fiji region.
According to the United States Geological Surveys, the quake occurred after mid-day on Sunday.
Vanuatu also recorded a 5.5 magnitude of earthquake at about 4pm.
The earthquake occurred at the depth of 179.3km.
After the Vanuatu earthquake a 5.3 measuring earthquake was also recorded in Tonga at around 10pm.
Meanwhile a strong 6.9-magnitude earthquake was felt in Indonesia but there were no reports of damage or casualties.
The quake occurred eight kilometres north-northwest of Raba, Sumbawa, Indonesia, at a depth of 18 kilometers.
There was no reported tsunami warning.
