FIJI Rugby Union acting chief executive officer Keni Dakuidreketi will not be allowed to travel with the Flying Fijians on their European Tour.
He will also miss out on the International Rugby Board Council meeting in Dublin.
This after the High Court in Suva refused his request to travel because of his implication in a criminal case pending before the Magistrates Court.
High Court judge Justice Paul Madigan said it was not essential that Dakuidreketi accompany the Flying Fijians.
Justice Madigan said there were other personnel that could attend the IRB council meeting.
The Flying Fijians kick off their first international game against Scotland on November 15, before facing Ireland on November 22 and concluding with Romania on November 29.
Dakuidreketi is jointly charged with former Native Land Trust Board general manager Kalivati Bakani and former official Alanieta Vakatale over allegations related to fraud and abuse of office at NLTB.
Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption lawyer Aca Rayawa opposed the travel, saying police were gathering new evidence in relation to the case against him.
