JOY 'The Jet' Ali is confident of knocking Joseph Kwadjo in their December 19 title fight.
Ali said a lot had been said since Kwadjo knocked Paula Tuilau in round one a few months ago.
"I'm 100 per cent sure I'll knock him out," Ali said confidently.
"If he thinks he can knock me out, I'm willing to place my bet of $2000 with the winner takes all."
The Boxing Commission of Fiji Junior Middleweight champion admitted this will be his biggest fight in his career which will take him a step closer to a world title fight.
"It's now or never," Ali said.
Ali and Kwadjo will fight for the vacant super middleweight Universal Boxing Organisation Inter Continen-tal title.
Ali said he was aware of the Ghana fighter's strength after beating Tuilau.
The Nadi-based fighter said Kwadjo, 24, had a lot to learn.
"I'm warning him now to train hard because he'll face a hard time," Ali said. "He better come prepared because he's gonna get hurt."
Kwadjo arrived into the country after training in New Zealand.
He was also to appear in the undercard for the recent David Tua versus Shane Cameron fight in New Zealand last month.
At the moment the program is still to be sanctioned and promoter Sakaraia Ve is confident that the bouts will be confirmed next week.
Some of under cards likely to be included are Petero Qica, Iobe Ledua and hard hitter Sefanaia Vakacegu.
