THE Tavua Town Sevens will be held at Garvey Park, Tavua, on November 6-7. $5000 worth of prizes at stake. Winner receives $1500. There will also be prizes for categories winners in the Plate and the Bowl. Entry fees $150 per team. Only 32 teams will be accepted. Contact Tavua CEO 9996130 or Tupa Telawa 7118294. Fiji Netball meeting

THE Fiji Netball council meeting will be held on November 14 at 10am and all council members are to attend at FASANOC boardroom.

Volleyball meeting

A meeting of all central associations will take place on Saturday November 7 at the FASANOC Conference Room. Fiji men's and mixed netball

The Safe Games National District Championships will be held on November 7, 2009, at the National Netball Centre, Suva. All team registrations and district affiliation fees are due. Details of payment are to be sent to the national treasurer on fax no. 3308804. The championships will be played in the open mens and mixed grade categories. Suva 7s

All 7s teams are invited to enter the inaugural Suva 7s Series tournament on November 6-7 at the National Stadium, Suva. First 64 teams to pay their registration fees of $250 by October 30 will be accepted. Those who pay after closing date will pay $300 space permitting. Registration fees for Women's teams, Indo-Fijian, Golden Oldies and Secondary Schools U16s and U19s are $100. Deadline is October 30, Primary Schools U12s and U13s are FOC. Sharon 7s

THE Sigatoka Electric Company Limited-sponsored Rose of Sharon Sevens tournament will be held on November 20-21 at Lawaqa Park. First prize will be $3000 and runner-up $1000. There will be prizes in the semis, plate, bowl and runners-up. Fee is $250 per team and the closing date is November 13. Contact Jonetani Namoko 7487360.

Naduruloulou 7s

Naduruloulou Fijian School Sevens Tournament will be held on November 13-14 at Kasavu Village ground. First 32 teams would be considered with the winner walking away with $1000, runner-up gets $500, plate winner gets $400 and plate runner-up pockets $300, Entry fees is $100 per team. THE Wairiki 7s tournament will be played on November 27-28 at the Wairiki Village grounds in Bua. 24 men's and eight Under-19 teams will be accomodated. Registration fees is $120 for men and $80 for U19. Prizes for men is $1000 for winner and $400 for runner-up. U19 winner will get $200 and runner up will get $100. Registration closes November 21. Wairiki volleyball

THE Wairiki volleybal tournament will be held on November 27-28 at the Wairiki Village grounds in Bua. 12 teams in men and eight women's team will be accomodated. Registration fees is $60 for both. The Volivoli Primary School Sevens will be held at Subrail Park, Labasa, on Saturday November 21, 2009. Winner of the main competition will receive $3000.
