RUGGED Fiji defender Teimumu Moce will play her maiden senior final in the MH Tour and is already being touted as a key player for Nasinu against Suva,
Having played for the Fiji Under-21 side at the World Youth Netball Championships in the Cook Islands in August, she made her senior national debut at the Mini Pacific Games.
The shy Nukuloa, Gau native said she was looking forward to the final and while she was excited about it, the match would not be an easy affair against an experienced capital side.
The 21-year-old and fellow U21 rep Maria Soso have been in commanding form for the former champs and will have an edge over the Suva reps in fitness.
"While we could be class-ed as fit, Suva will have the experience," Moce said.
"This is my first senior final and I will play to my best to help Nasinu win."
She has put her skipper Matila Waqanidrola's wo-rds paramount.
"We will depend on God's will and glory and this final will depend on Him," she said.
Nasinu netball president Alini Sovu said Moce had come through their ranks and was a key player for the final.
She said Moce had proven her worth and will only get better with each game.
"My players have been training well and they have been working hard on fitness, which Matila has been very good with," Sovu said.
"The preparation has been good and we are looking forward to the final."
Apart from Moce, Soso and Waqanidrola, the side will have Lanieta Tuisasa, former athletics school ch-amp Miriama Radiniwaimaro, Vaiti Coa and Ana-meli Navuki.
