Spearheading effective and sustainable youth development is what they intend to do.
Youth Inc Fiji, a budding youth organisation that was launched early this year, has big dreams for the youths of Fiji.
All it took was positive, determined and helping attitude for a group of youths to unite to do something for the youths.
Spokesman Usa Cirikiwai said Youth Inc was an emerging youth specific service targeting young people between the ages of 12-24.
"We target young people that live in the urban and peri-urban areas in and around Suva," said Mr Cirikiwai.
Youth Inc believes young people in Fiji are responsible, self-sufficient, skilled, healthy confident and good decision makers who are positively expressive in response to their social, political and economical environments.
YIF mission is to become the voice of young people through advocacy, mentoring, empowerment and support through the facilitation of programs that enable them to be either leaders or active citizens ultimately creating community understanding and strengthening family support.
The four key areas that YIF focuses on are youth development programs, education, training and research, healthy lifestyles and youth justice.
Mr Cirikiwai said they had dedicated and passionate youth workers specialising in various areas of youth work.
