THE Clean Up Fiji office received a boost yesterday from Telecom Fiji with a donation of a new lap top computer and free internet services for a year.

Clean Up Fiji founder and chairperson Caz Tebutt Dennis said the gift from Telecom would help the office with it's daily work.

TFL's marketing manager, Vanessa Kilner, said the lap top computer gift was just another way of helping in a cause that would benefit everyone now and in the future.

"TFL is grateful to be part of Clean-Up Fiji and if we can start today, we can save our environment tomorrow," Ms Kilner said.

Telecom, one of the corporate sponsors of the national clean-up campaign, has registered their staff in Suva, Labasa and Lautoka to have their own clean-up programs this Saturday.

Mrs Dennis said they were thankful for TFL's support since the inception of Clean-Up Fiji.

She added they hope to get 40,000 people registered to participate in the Clean Up Fiji this Saturday.
