Nadi
THE Nadi Sports Club Knockout Business House Bowls will be held at Nadi Sports & Social Club on Friday, April 27.
Reporting time: 5pm (Registration and practice), tournament starts: 6pm.
Format: 2 Bowls- Fours, 2. Regular bowlers, 2. Social bowlers, entry fee: $120- per team includes nibbles and drinks.
Prizes: $400 – winner, $200- for runner-up and $100- for 3rd and 4th place. Register team by April 25 to avoid disappointment. First 16 teams to register will compete.

THE Cardos Steakhouse Fiji Open Championship will be played at the Denarau Golf and Racquet Club Course in Nadi from June 8-10. Preference will be given to professionals, overseas amateurs and A Grade entries with a maximum of 12 handicap for men. Entry fee: $300 (locals), $360 (overseas). New Born
The New Born Rugby Club Invitation netball tournament will be held at the Muaira District School ground on April 26-27. The tournament will accommodate only 24 teams with the registration fee of $200. The winner will get $1000 and the runner-up will settle for $400. The losing semi-finalists gets $200. The tournament will be held at Vanuakula Catholic School ground on June 29, 30.
Only 32 men’s teams, 20 women’s teams and 12 U19 teams will be accomodated in the tournament.
Winner men’s ($2000), runner-up $1000. Winner women’s $1000. Winner U19 $1000, runner-up $500. Tournament organisers will be looking to provide other prizes.
