FIJI led 21-0 at half time against Japan in their first pool match at the HSBC World Rugby Singapore 7s.

Points to the Fiji Airways 7s side from Sevuloni Mocenacagi in the 2nd minute, Paula Dranisinukula in the 5th minute and Alasio Naduva in the final minute before half time.

The national side play Russia next at 9.02pm.
