Sims scores three tries, seals win against Broncos

FIJI Bati rep Tariq Sims scored a first half hatrick to help his St. Illawarra Dragons beat the Brisbane Broncos 48-18 in the NRL semi-final playoffs last night.

Sims scored three tries in a lapse of 17 minutes as the Dragons made work look easy for themselves.

In the semi-finals this week Penrith Panthers take on the Cronulla Sharks at 9.40pm on Friday while South Sydney Rabbitohs play Dragons at 9.40pm on Saturday.

The winner of the Panthers-Sharks match will play the Rossters in the first Preliminary final while Melbourne Storm awaits the winner of the Rabbitohs-Dragons match in the second Preliminary final.
